The Kinross Corporate Head Office is located in downtown Toronto and supports Kinross operations and projects worldwide. Corporate functions include Finance, Procurement, Health & Safety, Human Resources, IT and Investor Relations. |

This role will be focused on IT initiatives related to Kinross' ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Primary focus will be on producing technical documentation around existing systems. Hands on training will be provided to also allow for some simple development work to be performed. Development will be done in a proprietary coding language, so no specific programming language is required. Role will also assist functional IT subject matter experts in the area of collecting and documenting business requirements for various Kinross functions such as Supply Chain, Equipment Maintenance and Finance.
The role will allow the candidate to get a broad exposure to enterprise level business systems and aspects of techncial administration and security, software development and business analysis. |

Preference: Computer Science major, any year.
Option: Business Major with any type of technology focus or computer minor. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Access would be a primary area.) Experience with requirement analysis, specifically related to technology projects would be a major asset.) Programming experience (Any language or toolset.) An understanding or awareness of ITIL (Framework for delivering and managing IT services.) |
