- Preparation of corporate tax reports packages (IFRS), deferred taxes, tax liabilities flow, FIN 48; - Procedural support and control over tax reports preparation by accounting office; - Procedural support and verification of supporting documentation for tax purposes including transfer pricing issues; - Fiscal/Legal expert review and review of contracts; - Procedural support and control over fiscal accounting and taxation issues including accounting policies and procedures, creation of a single tax-related procedural solution system for the company; - Procedural support and control over tax audits, resolution of tax-related disputes including judicial contests and administrative contest of tax authorities acts; - Tax planning and analysis as part of an annual budgeting process; - Conducting training sessions in taxation, posting and recording of tax transactions with ERP; - Participation in implementation of Finance key projects; - Act as a representative on tax-related issue. |

- Higher economic or legal education; - Minimum three years of experience in a similar tax position; - Knowledge of RF tax, dues, and accounting law; ability and experience to apply knowledge to practice; - Knowledge and experience of international tax; - English; - Good communications skills, ability to work in a team; - Desired and preferred: - Knowledge and experience with US GAAP/IFRS - Knowledge and experience with ERP-systems. |
