| Provides non-technical general labor and equipment operation support for the heap leach department. Assists with pad lay-out, pipe fusing and pump maintenance. Check flows, pressures and perform general cleanup. Will operate equipment such as dozers, bobcats, forklifts and loaders. |

1. Responsible for building, site and shop cleanup. 2. Assists mechanic in carrying machine parts and tools and materials to and from the worksites. 3. Performs equipment walk around, inspects and operates equipment, properly disposes of wastes. 4. Perform ground and facility maintenance including but not limited to snow removal and general cleanup. 5. Perform small equipment and machine checks and repairs. 6. Punctuality and regular attendance are required. 7. Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by the state. 8. Performs other duties as assigned. 9. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Employee must have sufficient education to read and write instructions, perform simple mathematical calculations, and keep records. 10. Ability to work without constant, direct supervision. 11. Ability to work with others in a team environment. 12. Involves lifting and moving various materials in weights up to 50 or more pounds, climbing up and down stairs, and working in an outside environment. 13. Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions required. |
