Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the General Maintenance Supervisor, the incumbent performs maintenance on a variety of machinery and structures throughout the mine property, and in the company owned housing while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Kinross’ values . Essential Functions 1. Able to operate lawn mowers and weed eaters. 2. Lifting and loading weights up to 50 lbs. 3. Practice safety at all times. 4. Operate power paint sprayer. 5. Comply with all MSHA and SVCO safety regulations. 6. Responsible to manage the RMGC Environmental Health and Safety Management system in his/her areas of responsibility. 7. Job Summary
Ensure that equipment is safe to operate and is in no danger of component failure. The entry-level position is a level I. By following the Maintenance Advancement program lubrication technicians may progress from II – IV while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Kinross’ values. Essential Functions 1. Under the direction of the Store Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a clean, orderly, and friendly atmosphere for customers while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Kinross’ values. Essential Functions 1. Provides courteous customer service at all times, handles minor customer complaints, and reports them to the store supervisor or key. 2. Is safety conscious at all times. This position reports to the Vice President of Environment and Project Permitting and will provide high-level administrative support to the VP and the global environment and permitting management team. Kinross is currently seeking Mobile Mechanics to repair and maintain its heavy diesel trucks along with graders and dozers. Some of our fleet include Caterpillar 785s, 789s, and 793s plus Caterpillar 994 loaders, 3600 and 5500 Hitachi shovels and we want you to consider a career with us.
Key activities involve: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, modifying, fabricating and repairing mobile and stationary equipment electrical systems, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, drive trains and track equipment undercarriages by using specialized testing equipment and electrical systems knowledge. Purpose of role:
To oversee Mining engineering activities and to ensure service and / or operating standards are met (internally and / or externally) with a focus on long term and strategic planning. Mission
Collaborer à toute activité de géologie minière à caractère général, notamment à la planification des forages et à leur exécution. Veiller à ce que tous les géologues de la mine soient tenus à jour et parfaitement capables d'utiliser pleinement le logiciel minier pertinent. Job Summary
Ensure supervision excellence in Capital Projects, while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Kinross’ values. Essential Functions 1. Support both Operations and Projects groups. 2. Purpose of Role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Purpose of Role Leads the Maintenance Business Improvement function of the Operations Strategy group by guiding and coordinating the direction of the Kinross Way for Maintenance at a global level through standardization of business processes, measures, systems and interfaces. Provides support to regional and site Maintenance management through leadership of the Maintenance Advisory Team, and management of the maintenance portion of the Kinross Business Process Optimization group, and is heavily integrated with the IT group for any changes relating to maintenance. Works closely with other functional leaders to ensure common goals are achieved through coordination of effort and minimization of redundancy. Key Areas of Responsibilities and Duties Global Responsibilities Chair the Maintenance Advisory Team (MAT), composed of ~55 experts in maintenance, both plant and mobile, from around the company (incl. Maintenance Managers, Planning Superintendents, IT and JDE experts, Supply Chain representatives, etc.). The role of the MAT has been and continues to be to develop and implement the Kinross Way for Maintenance, and to share best practices in maintenance across the company Participate in and promote the continued development and implementation of the Kinross Way for Maintenance, conducting site visits, workshops and conference calls with members of the Maintenance Advisory Team Manage the Business Process Owner(s) for Maintenance in order to support the Business Process Optimization efforts for future JDE deployments; this includes ensuring that all JDE deployments are properly staffed from a maintenance perspective, and that the Maintenance JDE Standards are properly embedded into all JDE implementations. Direct the leadership of the BPO Change Advisory Team to establish the JDE global data and configuration standards, and system customization/enhancement decisions in order to effectively support Kinross Way business processes. Support development, implementation, and improvement within Kinross of standardized maintenance business processes and systems Organize and lead the development and implementation of standard maintenance performance measures and reporting systems Coordinate and improve company-wide communication in the area of maintenance to leverage best practices across the company Ensure all maintenance governance, guidance, and standards documentation is kept up to date and communicated throughout the company Act as the maintenance representative for other Kinross Way and Way Forward initiatives and programs Manage the maintenance of and further development of the Kinross Connected Maintenance site Prepare the agenda and organize any planned Maintenance Conferences, including selection of topics and speakers, presentation content, etc. Assist with escalation of impacts to the maintenance organization by other business functions Liaise with other Operations Excellence and CI teams to participate in and drive specific improvement initiatives as they relate to maintenance Liaise with other corporate functional leaders to act as the voice for maintenance at Kinross Site specific or Regionally focused Responsibilities Support or lead site specific maintenance improvement initiatives where required by the sites. This includes any and all projects where the site needs outside support to develop business cases, identify and quantify improvements or gains, implement or execute change programs, provide training and advice on best practices, and other support as required. Coordinate and lead an annual or bi-annual series of Peer Reviews, whereby a team of Kinross corporate, site experts and consultants perform site diagnostics at all Kinross sites using a standardized method. Lead on-site reviews of site maintenance practices to identify areas for system and process improvement, share best practices, and improve the maintenance organization. Following a Peer Review, collaborate with the site to prepare a site action plan to address opportunities for improvement in maintenance Integrate all current and future Greenfield Projects into the Kinross Way for Maintenance. This is a large undertaking that includes ensuring that Project Directors and their teams have proper maintenance resources, and that those resources are focused on ensuring a maintainable design and world-class operations-readiness. Support projects and existing operations in design reviews, project planning, and organizational planning prior to handover from project to operational phases Define and support sites with implementing Change Management programs including selection and hiring of consulting resources as required. Work with all levels of the organization (GMs and top site management and down) to ensure buy-in and sustainability of the changes. Identify areas of further improvement potential within the maintenance organization Guide operations in the adoption of standardized processes and interpretation of the Kinross Way for Maintenance Act as the Global Talent Champion for Maintenance. This includes assisting with development and review of organizational and succession management plans, selection, and recruitment of site and regional maintenance personnel, and guiding personnel with achieving their professional development plans. |

Education

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Daycare Supervisor, the Caregiver will be responsible for educating and supervising children, and providing the children with appropriate activities while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Kinross’ values. Essential Functions 1. Plans and develops age-appropriate curriculum, organizes and participates in games, reads to children, and teaches them simple painting, drawing, handwork, songs, and similar activities. Alternates periods of strenuous activity with periods of rest or light activity to avoid overstimulation and fatigue. 2. Instructs children in practices of personal cleanliness and self-care. 3. Helps children become responsible in caring for their own clothing and picking up and putting away toys and books. 4. Disciplines children and recommends or initiates other measures to control behavior according to state and Smoky Valley Child Care guidelines. 5. Serves meals and snacks to children and regulates rest periods. 6. Help train new employees. 7. Prepares foodstuffs in quantity according to menu and number of children to be served. 8. Washes dishes and assist teachers in cleaning dining areas. Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas. 9. Writes, dates, and plans meals a month in advance, and keeps on file in the facility for at least 90 days after the corresponding meal is served. Posts current menu, including any changes, in the kitchen and in a public place within the facility convenient for parental inspection. 10. Refrigerates or places in a cold, protected area the properly identified sack or bag lunches brought by children. 11. Maintains temperatures in all refrigeration and heating units. 12.
