The Kinross Corporate Head Office is located in downtown Toronto and supports Kinross operations and projects worldwide. Corporate functions include Finance, Procurement, Health & Safety, Human Resources, IT and Investor Relations.

Recruitment Technology:
• Acts as the Main point of contact for the ATS (SuccessFactors) user community. Assists with the diagnosis and troubleshooting of system issues
• Designs and delivers training to ATS user community
• Provides recommendations or solutions to optimization requests
• Plans and leads system optimizations and liaise with ATS User Community
• Main point of contact between Kinross and ATS vendor and acts as the subject matter expert to internal users
• Recruitment Marketing (RMK) SME, implement periodic updates and troubleshoot issues
Reporting:
• Provides subject matter expertise related to recruitment reporting
• Develops custom reporting templates and provides recommendations on improvements
Recruitment Support & Special Projects
• Supports Global Talent Acquisition Team as needed related to sourcing activities during high volume recruitment
• Supports full-cycle recruitment related to summer students and Generation Gold
• Supports initiatives related to employment branding ie. developing branding material, working with outside designers, knowledgeable about recruitment branding assets, works with Communications and IR related to externally facing branding and messaging
• Supports special projects as required
• Supports Campus Recruitment initiatives as required
• Update branding content on Corporate Career page and related Social Media outlets


 Education
University degree / diploma
Formal professional or technical registration in appropriate area of expertise
Experience
2 - 5 years of related work experience or equivalent
Skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Relationship building skills with a focus on customer service
