| Filter cake project will take 2 years to design and construct. This position is to deliver that project and it includes next duties:
All duties of a project cost controller, cost estimator and contract administrator. Prepares all cost estimates for AFE submissions and changes of scope. Prepares and maintains the Project Cost Report including project budgets, forecast expenditures, cost to completion, liaises with contractors, finance and accounting to ensure timely reports are delivered. Able to work at a high level in Microsoft Office, Primevera 6 (P6), Microsoft project, Finance SAP or JDE Liaises with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are produced on time and to project standards, implements processes to ensure progress on costs and schedule are accurate and available in a timely manner. Delivers accurate project reports, clearly identifies project status, bottlenecks and risks to delivery Project Communications Project status meetings initiate minutes and organize final distribution. Understands Logistics and procurement and able to manage systems to control and document materials delivery and consumption. can prepare procurement packages and initiates ordering of materials. Identifies and manages project risks to ensure delivered project meets necessary performance requirements |

| Engineering or other technical degree (pref. - Mine engineer-economist, in the specialty - economy at the mining enterprise)
Minimum 5-10 years field experience in construction and mining. Previous Experience as a project cost estimator or project controls.Experience as quantity surveyor in a mining and construction environment. Previous experience with projects of similar logistics to Kupol. Previous experience in preparing scopes of work for sub-contracts and managing tender processes. Fluent English Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. High personal standards of accuracy and quality of work. Ability to work in a multicultural and billingual environment. Assertive attitude and results orientated. Willingness to coach and mentor to develop skills of associates. Previous Northern and Arctic experience.
