| The intern will assist the Internal Audit department with compliance audits (ie. business expenses) and internal controls testing within the SOX Compliance Program for 2015.
- Follows up on requested information and data with key employees. - Analyzes and reviews accounting and financial controls accordingly to the SOX Compliance Program. - Analyzes and reviews reports for mathematical accuracy. - Documents conclusions of the documentation reviewed, as required, and communicates on a timely manner with a Manager, Internal Audit. - Prepares spreadsheets, draft reports, and templates as required. - Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to assist Regional Internal Audit Managers. |

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
Basic understanding of accounting knowledge. 2nd or 3rd year students. Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments. Highly motivated, with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. |
