Job Summary:
To provide operations management to the Regional Information Technology (IT) department and to act as a key point of contact within the IT department for operational needs and focusing on the user experience, while continuously aligning daily functions to reflect Kinross’ values. Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for managing IT operations in all Kinross Russian Operations Defines and reviews service level agreements. 2. Analyzes/reports performance and recommends adjustments to meet business requirements. 3. Ensures user support within the region for the following areas: Level I helpdesk functions, Level I application support, and Level II JDE/1C Support. 4. Acts as primary escalation point to Level II/III helpdesk or Level III/IV JDE support. 5. Develops and implements IT training programs for new user introduction, annual updates, and new technology introduction. 6. Manages end user equipment. 7. Ensures equipment is up to date with the correct hardware/software packages as agreed. 8. Tracks trends and recommends changes to the policy. 9. Ensures consistent non AD user support for Voice, Video, PPV/VOD, and BYOD. 10. Responsible for compliance of corporate and regional standards. 11. Supervises employees and contractors. 12. Develops and implements internal training/career development programs for IT staff. 13. Responsible for budgeting and cost controls. 14. Continually explores, evaluates, and implements opportunities for cost reduction, increased effectiveness, and/or improved performance. 15. Estimated travel based on current job requirements is (20%). 16. Compliance with all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to safety, environmental, confidentiality and code of conduct. 17. Consistently exercises discretion and judgment in job performance. 18. Perform other related functions as assigned by supervisor. |

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
1. University degree. 2. Excellent written and oral English. 3. 4 – 7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4. Good understanding of Business Application Systems (ERP, BI, 1C, SharePoint, etc.) 5. Good understanding of business analysis processes. 6. General understanding of IT project management processes and procedures. 7. General understanding of IT systems, processes and procedures. #LI-AZ1 |
